Pickup and Delivery Details
To help keep projects on schedule, Shades of Texas offers both pickup and
delivery options with clear cutoff times and expectations.
Pick-Up Orders
Pickup orders are prepared based on order timing and availability.
- Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. the previous business day will be ready for morning pickup the next business day.
- Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. will be ready for afternoon pickup the same day.
- Monday morning pickups are pulled starting at 7:30 a.m. and are ready by 9:00 a.m.
Pulled orders are held for two business days. After that time, orders may be restocked and subject to a restocking fee.
Deliveries
Delivery orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. the previous business day to qualify for next-day delivery.
Deliveries are scheduled in the order received. Timing may vary based on volume and route availability. If you have questions about timing or special scheduling needs, your account representative can help review options before your order is placed.
